Georgian Bay Kayak & Canoe Festival 2008

The Georgian Bay Kayak & Canoe Festival is a annual event hosted by White Squall Paddling Centre, Carling, Ontario. The weekend is packed full of useful, somewhat useful and just plain fun workshops for all ages.
Friday night consisted of the International Reel Paddling Film Festival, Saturday was jam packed with workshops, Saturday night the crowd enjoyed Jay Aymar opening act for Arrogant Worms. Sunday, more workshops! and then wrap-up at the end of the day.
Free test paddles are offered and were offered during the festival as well.
With soup, coffee and tea, so graciously supplied by The Dyers', everyone was kept warm and shared some great laughs.
