Lodge Based Kayak Trips on Georgian Bay |
(note: you need basic paddle / rescue skills for all trips on this page)
Back by popular demand are the delightful cabin based trips run out of Diamond Key Lodge located at the mouth of the Key River. This year we are offering five unique and exciting trips to choose from. You can't go wrong with some of the world's finest paddling waters, exceptionally knowledgable resource staff, sensational food and at the end of the day a bed to guarentee you are rested and ready to do it all again!
Diamond Key is nestled in the northeastern corner of Georgian Bay amongst some of the finest freshwater paddling waters in the world. Please know that it’s not a lodge in the sense of a southern Ontario full service facility. It is an extremely well-kept traditional Georgian Bay fishing camp with a complete septic, drilled well, showers and the best sunsets in the world.

Paddling, Pines & Yoga $925

Other Important Details
- You can deduct $20/day for own boat/gear. ($10 for 1/2 day prog.)
- If bringing your own boat, we may ask another person to paddle your boat while you go in a tandem.
- Programmes subject to GST & PST where applicable, includes boat rental.
- Meals are provided for multi-day trips only.
- Please note that trips meet at White Squall at 8:45 am unless otherwise noted.
For all trips you must have “ Basic Skills” (or equivalent) and capsize practice, as well as “ Basic Rescue” (or equivalent) including being able to perform assisted rescues.
