Our Rental Promise and Agreement

We promise that clean, properly equipped boats will be waiting for you, and will gladly explain any unfamiliar gear. We'll also discuss trip plans and offer suggestions if needed. If we feel that you are not prepared to rent equipment safely, we'll decline your rental and suggest taking instruction (cheeky of us isn't it?). We expect that you'll treat our stuff with extreme care and will prepare yourself to paddle safely. You are completely responsible for our equipment while renting it. Our lake is landlocked, so you must transport rentals using racks and/or padding and strong ropes. We sell ropes, racks and foam blocks, but please plan ahead and prepare your transport plans in advance. We carry topographic maps and hydrographic charts for the Georgian Bay region and have a well stocked tripping store with very reasonable prices and a friendly dog and some chickens that are pretty friendly too!
