Join local Muskoka photographer, Andy Zeltkalns, for his informative and visual presentation on a part of Georgian Bay known as the Thirty Thousand Islands. From Franklin Island to the Moon River Basin, follow Andy on his paddleboard and kayak micro adventures as he explores this truly unique and diverse ecosystem that is at our doorstep. Learn about some of the area’s history and geology, and experience the
beauty of Georgian Bay through Andy’s photography and video.

Of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without a little music, food and great company. We hope you’ll come!



Presenter and Presentation Bio

Andy Zeltkalns is a Muskoka based photographer who loves spending time outdoors. Whether paddling, cycling, or hiking, he is always looking for an adventure, or an opportunity to capture through his lens, the beauty and uniqueness of the environment around him. Locally, Andy works with Unique Muskoka magazine as a writer and photographer. His photos have also been published in a variety of magazines such as, Paddling Magazine,Canadian Geographic, and Sports Illustrated. Andy’s photography can be seen in person at the Annex Art Collective in Bracebridge.
